SJAI can provide a variety of education programs, from hands on camp experiences, school and museum programs, and special hands on lectures for corporate retreats. Sometimes getting dirty is the best way to learn.
SJAI caters to a diverse group for education programming, including, but not limited to; schools and school boards, camps, museums, public archaeology programs for towns/cities/municipalities, and corporations. We assist in filling out the school curriculum by providing lectures and hands-on activities for students of all ages. We assist camps with providing mock archaeological sites for hands-on learning. Museums can augment their programming with specially designed lecture series and hands-on activities.
Public archaeology is an attractive way to highlight the archaeology in a town/city or municipality, whereby an archaeological site is open to the public for a hands-on experience.
Looking for something different for a corporate retreat? The emphasis with this program is participation and group dynamic. The programs work on interactive and cooperative skills. Scarlett Janusas Archaeology Inc. will develop a specific program that is right for your needs.
